Volunteer & Stay Connected
Get Involved with Wright's Heart of Hope
Restoring families. Rebuilding stability.
Renewing hope.
Every family deserves support, connection, and hope. There's a place here for you — whether you have an afternoon a month or a specific skill to offer.
Volunteer With Us
Give your time to a family staying together.
Volunteers help Wright's Heart of Hope Inc. reach more Hillsborough County families before crisis becomes separation. However you'd like to help, your time supports the same programs your donations do.
Outreach & Donation Drives
Help collect and sort donations, staff a community table, or spread the word about WHOH in your own circles.
Event & Program Support
Lend a hand at fundraisers, family events, and seasonal drives like our Hearts of Hope Holiday Toy Giveaway.
Administrative Support
Help with data entry, resource research, scheduling, or other behind-the-scenes work that keeps WHOH running.
Skilled & Professional Volunteers
Offer expertise in areas like social work, design, grant writing, or legal support on a project basis.
Screened Youth Mentors
Build a steady, positive relationship with a young person in a WHOH family. Requires an application, background check, and brief training before matching.
Monthly Family Sessions
Help welcome and support families at our monthly group sessions — greeting guests, assisting facilitators, or helping with childcare on-site.
Family Outings
Help plan and chaperone outings that give WHOH families a day of connection and fun — parks, seasonal events, and community activities.
Licensed Counseling Support
Licensed therapists and counselors can donate session time to support WHOH parents and youth. Credentials verified before referrals begin.
